We run workshops for children, so the short version matters: we collect as little as we can, we do not track anyone, and we do not sell anything about your family to anybody.

We don't track you

There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party scripts of any kind. Nobody is building a profile of you here, and there is nothing to opt out of.

What we collect from you

When you book a workshop or get in touch, we store:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your child's first name and age.
  • Anything you choose to type in the “what they care about” box.
  • Your password, hashed — we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who reads our database.

What we collect about your child

A child never gives us an email address or a password. They sign in with a join code we generate and a 4-digit PIN that you choose. Their account holds:

  • Their first name, or whatever name you enter for them, and the year they were born.
  • Their join code, and their PIN, hashed the same way passwords are.
  • The work they do in the session: their business idea, who it's for, their prices, the name they pick, their pitch.
  • Sales they write down, and which quests they've finished.
  • An avatar colour and icon they pick themselves.

That is the lot. No photographs, no address, no phone number, no school, no location, and no messaging with anyone.

Who else handles it

Four companies, each doing one job:

  • Stripe takes the payment. Card details go straight to them and never touch our servers — we only ever see that a payment cleared, and for how much.
  • Resend sends our email, so they handle your address to deliver it.
  • Neon hosts the database, and Vercel hosts the site.

None of them are allowed to use your family’s information for their own purposes, and we do not sell, rent or share it with anybody else.

Getting it deleted

Email rushil@kidslearnbiz.com and ask, and we will delete your account and your child’s within seven days. You do not have to give a reason. We keep a record of the payment itself, because tax rules require it, but nothing about the child stays behind.

You can also ask us for a copy of everything we hold, and we will send it to you.

Children and consent

Accounts are created by a parent or guardian, not by a child. A child cannot sign up on their own, cannot change the plan, cannot spend money, and cannot contact another child or anyone outside their own family and their mentor.

If you believe a child has an account here without your permission, email us and we will remove it immediately.

Questions about any of this? Email rushil@kidslearnbiz.com and a person will answer.
